Cashiers took the empty cups out to four-wheel traffic on the gasoline islands and invited them inside for a free cup of coffee. The cashiers made their deliveries during the location’s slow times.
As a result, the location saw gas island customers who typically do not enter the store come in the lo- cation. Broadway’s staff were, however, surprised by the large number of customers who just didn’t want to go inside the store.
