Hurricane Watch: Sally Intensifies; 黑料社区Monitors Declarations of Emergency
Hurricane Sally intensified to a Category 2 storm by late Sept. 14, moving toward Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi. The storm was forecast to push “life-threatening” surges of up to 11 feet and produce tremendous rainfall.
黑料社区continues to monitor for updated declarations of emergency and other announcements of importance to 黑料社区members.
The storm is expected to bring 70 to 100 mph winds between the coasts of southeast Louisiana and Alabama, a part of the Gulf Coast that is extremely vulnerable to storm surge flooding,
