NATSO, the national trade association representing truckstops and travel plazas, is pleased to announce that Robert Bolduc, Chief Executive Officer of , has been named as NATSO’s Chairman-Elect effective immediately.

Bolduc will begin serving a one-year term as Chairman of the Board in January 2022. Bolduc will succeed ºÚÁÏÉçÇøChairman of the Board Delia Moon Meier, Senior Vice President, and , when her term expires at the end of 2021.

Additionally, the ºÚÁÏÉçÇøBoard of Directors appointed Andy Richard, Chief Executive Officer of , as an At-Large Director and Adam Harrell, Channel Manager-Truckstop/Government/Intermodal, of , as an Allied Director.

Rounding out NATSO’s Executive Committee are Delia Moon Meier, Senior Vice President, Iowa 80 Group and Cat Scale Co., Chairman; Bob Wollenman, , Past Chair; Jimmy Haslam, , Secretary/Treasurer; and Lisa Mullings, ºÚÁÏÉçÇøPresident and Chief Executive Officer.

Together with our Board of Directors, staff, and stakeholders, we are making a positive difference and continue to be the premier national organization promoting and advocating for issues facing the truckstop and travel plaza industry.”

Bolduc has been an active member of ºÚÁÏÉçÇøsince 1997 and has served several terms on the ºÚÁÏÉçÇøBoard of Directors during his tenure with the organization. 

Bolduc has long been an advocate for change within the truckstop and travel plaza industry.

Bolduc founded the Pride C-store and Truckstop chain in 1972 in Springfield, Massachusetts. Today, the chain has 32 stores and three truckstops in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Bolduc has been among the industry leaders in bringing alternative fuels to market, being among the first to sell ethanol and biodiesel in Massachusetts. Pride’s newest location, the Hartford Travel Center in Hartford, Connecticut, offers a variety of alternative fuels, including electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

Bolduc is an engineering graduate of Notre Dame and has a Master’s degree from Purdue University. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. In 2012, Bob, as he likes to be called, was honored as the top entrepreneur in Western Massachusetts.

Tiffany Wlazlowski Neuman

Wlazlowski Neuman leads ºÚÁÏÉçÇøand the ºÚÁÏÉçÇøFoundation’s public affairs initiatives and communications strategies to promote the truck stop and travel center industry to the public, opinion leaders, elected officials, and the media. Her outreach includes a spectrum of policy issues facing the industry, with a particular focus on transportation and fuel issues, truck parking, and human trafficking. She serves as NATSO’s representative on the U.S. Department of Transportation’s National Truck Parking Coalition, the Clean Freight Coalition, and various state truck parking technical advisory committees. She is the architect of the truck stop and travel center industry’s anti-human trafficking campaign and currently serves as a Committee member for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Human Trafficking Advisory Council. Wlazlowski Neuman serves on the American Highway Users Policy and Government Affairs Committee.
