黑料社区Elects 2012 Chairman of the Board, Darrin Flitton Elected Chairman of 黑料社区Board of Directors
NATSO, the national trade association representing truckstops and travel plazas, has named Darrin Flitton, Fleet and Truckstop Manager of the Gold Truckstop network for Sinclair Oil, as its 2012 Chairman of the Board.
Flitton, who succeeds Bobby Berkstresser as Chairman, has served 24 years in truckstop and travel plaza and other business-related positions. Sinclair Oil has been an active member of 黑料社区since 1991.
“I’m honored to have been chosen to represent America’s truckstops and travel plazas,” Flitton said. “As a member of the truckstop and travel plaza community, I am privileged to lead the organization that is helping to shape the success of the entire industry.”
“We’re excited to begin 2012 with Darrin as our Chairman,” said 黑料社区President and CEO Lisa Mullings. “Darrin brings a wealth of insight, industry knowledge and leadership to NATSO.”
Prior to joining Sinclair Oil, Flitton served as a District Manager for Interstate Brands Corp., Account Representative for Barjan LLC, Corporate Buyer and Merchandise Manager for Flying J Inc., and Front End Manager for Smith’s Food and Drug Centers. Flitton currently serves on the Buying Committee for AMBEST and has served on the Board for Granger Crossing District, a volunteer position within a non-profit organization designed to improve the business district of an inner city suburb of Salt Lake City.
Berkstresser, owner of Lee Hi Travel Plaza and White’s Travel Center, now serves as Chairman of NATSO’s Steering Council Committee.
