As you read this issue of StopWatch, I hope you notice an increased focus on utilizing feedback from 黑料社区members.
For example, on page 14, we ask for feedback on topics that you’d like to see the 黑料社区Foundation cover in the magazine. On page 26, we request members send in their answer to the next Operator to Operator.
NATSO’s fundamental purpose is to deliver solutions to members’ challenges and achieve the public-policy goals of the travel plaza and truckstop industry. Without member feedback, we cannot meet this purpose. Our drive to meet the expectation of members permeates everything we do.
I’m not the only staff member at 黑料社区looking for your feedback. There are six months until The 黑料社区Show 2012 hits the scene in Las Vegas, and Pamela Hayes, NATSO’s vice president of strategic partnerships, and NATSO’s staff are already working to create meaningful, customized experiences for show attendees.
Help us continue to build on the shift we made at The 黑料社区Show 2011. How can we make the show better for you? For example, one of the key takeaways from the show was that travel plaza members need structured engagement with other operators. What goals do you want to accomplish when you set foot on the show floor?
Help us serve you and create the customized experience you deserve. Email your valuable ideas and input to phayes@natso.com.
Thank you,
Amy Toner
