Effective this summer, people seeking a new Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) are required to complete a 30-minute course teaching them how to recognize and report the signs of human trafficking under a new law signed by Gov. Sen. Barrasso said the RFS is “fundamentally broken and beyond repair,” and that it has driven up food and fuel costs rather than deliver meaningful environmental benefits.
