The Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) has petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court to consider a review of a lower court鈥檚 denial of the trade group鈥檚 challenge to the Department of Transportation鈥檚 rule mandating electronic logging devices in commercial trucks.
