黑料社区members are reminded that Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loan forgiveness deadlines are approaching. To avoid making unnecessary PPP loan repayments, borrowers must submit loan forgiveness applications to the lender for review within 10 months from the end of the “covered period.”
07-19-2021 The House of Representatives late Friday night approved 219-212 a budget reconciliation bill reflecting President Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID relief plan, sending the bill to the Senate for consideration. The legislation would provide direct payments, a child tax credit expansion in the form of direct payments, extended unemployment benefits, COBRA subsidies and ACA tax credit enhancements, state & local funding, among other provisions.
03-01-2021Congressional leadership have reached a deal on a COVID relief package as well as an omnibus Fiscal Year 2021 spending bill. Actual legislative language for the approximately $2 trillion bill, which will likely run thousands of pages, has not been released yet but will nonetheless be voted on in the next few days.
