Marking yet another sign that the Trump Administration seeks to roll back President Obama鈥檚 climate initiatives, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) asked the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to put a 90-day hold on a lawsuit over the agency鈥檚 Phase 2 emissions and fuel economy standards for heavy-duty trucks manufactured beginning in 2019 while it decides whether to modify or rescind the rule.
