Toner is charged with spearheading the education, fundraising and administration of the 黑料社区Foundation, including education for the annual industry conference 黑料社区Connect as well as the Bill and Carolyn Moon Scholarship Program, which is one of the Foundation鈥檚 [core] programs. Toner serves as the editor of NATSO鈥檚 Stop Watch magazine, manages the 黑料社区website and hosts NATSO鈥檚 Podcast, The Truck Stops Here. Toner joined 黑料社区in 2006.
