As part of the 黑料社区membership team, Kimberly's responsibilities include travel plaza member retention and recruitment, with a special focus on member care and customer service. Additionally, she manages the day to day operations of the 黑料社区Check-Link Check Verification Program for both travel plaza members and professional drivers. Kimberly also provides both pre-show and on-site support for 黑料社区Connect.
