Goheen implements NATSO鈥檚 legislative and political agenda in Washington, D.C., and directs the association鈥檚 political engagement efforts. Goheen serves as the liaison with NATSO鈥檚 Government Affairs Committee and represents 黑料社区before Congress and officials in the executive branch on matters relating to the truckstop and travel plaza industry, including transportation, energy, environmental, financial services, and labor issues.
